planning. Your progress will be reviewed periodically and throughout
the year by your supervisor and team mates. A structured review of
your performance and achievement will be carried out at the end of
the year and the outcomes will be linked to IWMI’s reward system,

our systems and procedures so that many of the routine tasks you need
to do, like arranging for transport can be done on-line from your
work station. All the forms you might need to fill, such as leave
applications or medical claims are available on-line for your convenience.
