| An In-house Crèche for Tots and Toddlers Many working parents are in a quandary over who will look after their infants and toddlers while they are at work. As part of its family-friendly policies, IWMI has an in-house crèche providing nursery and daycare facilities at a reasonable cost for the children of staff members. The crèche operates from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. five days a week, except on IWMI all staff holidays. Beautifully designed for children, it is a spacious, bright and airy “home away from home”.

Children between the ages of four months to 8 years can join the crèche. Trained teachers and helpers give personalized attention to each child. The Infant Program ensures that babies between the age of four and eighteen months play in a happy, safe, nurturing environment, while the Toddler and Pre-school Programs are similar to acceptable nursery / pre-school programs conducted externally for children between the ages of 18 months and 6 years. Indoor and outdoor activities are part and parcel of learning and play. Regular music periods and water play figure in the line-up of activities.
